From the Garden State Parkway (North or South)

Take Exit 98. Follow signs for Route 34 South. Continue on 34 South until you come to the traffic circle. Go ½ way around the circle (stay on 34 South). About ¼ of a mile up the road is an exit that says SEA GIRT/ MANASQUAN. Take that exit and bear to the right. This is Atlantic Avenue. Continue down Atlantic Avenue until you come to another circle. Again, go ½ way around the circle (stay on Atlantic Avenue). At the first traffic light make a right onto North Main Street. Continue down the road until you cross over the railroad tracks. Immediately following the tracks is a CVS Pharmacy on the right hand side. We are in the same shopping center, around the back, above the Yoga studio.

From the West

Take Rt. 70 East until it turns into 35 South (Continue Straight at the Route 34/35 Intersection). You will pass a Volvo dealership on the left hand side, climb a small hill, and come to a traffic circle.

At the circle, you will go exit to the right (1/4 way around). This will be Atlantic Avenue. Continue on Atlantic Ave. until you come to a traffic light. Turn right at light. This will be North Main Street. North Main Street will bend around and take you into downtown Manasquan.

You will come to another light where you will go straight. In one block you will cross over the railroad tracks and take an immediate right into the CVS pharmacy shopping center. We are in the same shopping center around the back in the 2nd building, which are two stories. We are on the 2nd floor above the Yoga studio. Simply enter through the double glass doors and take the elevator upstairs.

From Route 71 North

Take route 71 North until you come to the intersection of Main Street in Manasquan (the police station will be on your right, an Exxon Gas Station on your left). At this traffic light, make a right. Cross over the railroad tracks. Immediately following the tracks is a CVS Pharmacy. We are in the same shopping center, around the back above the Yoga Studio. Come in through the glass doors and take the elevator to the second floor.

From Route 71 South

Take route 71 South until you come to the intersection of Main Street in Manasquan (Acme food store will be on your left). At this traffic light, make a left. Cross over the railroad tracks. Immediately following the tracks is a CVS Pharmacy. We are in the same shopping center, around the back above the Yoga Studio. Come in through the glass doors and take the elevator to the second floor.
